ICFOnest International Postdoctoral Program 2011-12

International Masters Scholarship ICFOnest Program Post-doctoral (http://nestpostdocs.icfo.es), the majority of funding supported by the Marie Curie Co-Regional, National and International Programs (COFUND) acts of the European Commission, aims at providing high level training and support for international researchers remarkable in the early stages of their careers, working in the field of photonics. ICFO will provide cutting edge facilities and the environment, stimulate international and interdisciplinary to help Fellows become successful independent investigators.

Eligibility Details:

International Masters Scholarship In terms of eligibility of candidates must meet the following requirements: 1. Do not spend more than 12 months from 24 months earlier in Spain, and not a Spanish citizen / resident. Spanish citizens may apply but if they spend at least 3 years immediately before the registration deadline in another country from Spain. 2. Be who has his PhD at the time of application cut-off-point. 3. Not yet awarded a PhD more than 5 years before the application deadline. Exceptions are made for the period of parental leave be documented. Women may claim up to 12 months for the child, to a maximum of 3 years. 4. Be the first writer in at least one publication (either submitted, accepted, in print or published). Copies may be requested. 5. Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to use. There are no citizenship restrictions apply to ICFOnest Post-doctoral Fellowships. The International Masters Scholarship ICFOnest Post-doctoral Fellows will be employed by ICFO on standard employment contracts 24-month duration to do its job of ICFO research group there.
